GUREN Design was founded in 2020 by naval architect Sarp Gürenli as an exterior design and naval architecture studio. The studio has worked on 16+ projects across 4 countries, the largest to date the 498 GT Grace 50m.

GUREN Pro is where shipyards bring their engineering. A yard building a sailing yacht needs its ISO 12215-5 laminate plan; a yard building a motor yacht needs engine foundations and a stability booklet; a yard building a workboat needs structure and class drawings. We do that work for them.

Most yards do not need a full design office of their own, only reliable calculations when a project calls for them. Alongside this engineering service we offer ready workboat designs that a yard can license as a package or have adapted to a specific job.

GUREN Pro is run by the same team from the same offices: GUREN Mühendislik A.Ş. in Istanbul and GUREN Group Limited in London. One team carries a project from feasibility to construction support.
