Concept and contract design
From the first sketch to a package a yard can price.
Before money is committed, a concept study shows whether the boat you have in mind works: size, weight, speed, stability and layout checked together. We test the brief against the numbers and show what is realistic.
Once the concept is fixed, we develop it into a contract design: lines, general arrangement, main structural and machinery choices and a technical specification. It is the package shipyards price against and that becomes the basis of the build contract.

Questions
Can you start from just an idea?
Yes. A short brief is enough to begin a concept study; we turn it into numbers and options you can decide on.
Do yards accept your contract design for quotation?
The package is prepared so that yards can price it like any contract design: drawings, specification and main calculations in one set.
